The brief

Yummy came to Debar after the pandemic, during its most intense growth phase: a Venezuelan superapp for food delivery and mobility (Yummy Rides) that needed to feed its creative operation at the pace of business expansion. The challenge: producing daily content for 16 states, managing national BTL campaigns, and coordinating pieces with the country's biggest fast food brands. Volume and consistency, every day, without sacrificing quality.

The approach

We set up a dedicated team — graphic designers, production, social media managers, and project managers — operating as Yummy's extended cell. We built a pipeline capable of delivering 150+ daily arts without losing visual consistency, and integrated with the brand teams of partner restaurants (McDonald's, KFC, Arturo's, SoyTechno, and others) to execute joint pieces in digital and print.

Production at scale

We designed a pipeline to sustain 150+ arts per day, with flexible templates and visual QA. Each state received content tailored to its feed, its restaurants, and its promotions — so the brand never looked different in Caracas than in Maracaibo.

Campaigns on the street

From screen to asphalt: concept, art, and production of 30+ billboards and 20+ banners for BTL campaigns across major cities. Coordinated work with print producers and physical placement.

Co-branding with the big names

We executed digital and printed pieces in collaboration with McDonald's, KFC, Arturo's, SoyTechno, and other Venezuelan fast food leaders. Managing Yummy's voice alongside each partner — without diluting either.
