How long does each item take?

Simple pieces (flyer, poster, menu, stationery) are delivered in 5 business days. Complex ones (packaging, editorial, presentations) take 7–10 days.

How many revisions?

Every item includes 2 rounds of revision. After the second round we keep iterating until you're happy — no extra fee.

Do you include source files?

Yes — .ai, .psd or .fig source files, plus exports in every format you need (PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG).

Can you print too?

We don't print ourselves but we coordinate with our trusted printer in Caracas. Print quote is separate.

What if I need something not on the list?

Just add it in the notes and we'll quote it. Typical items we handle: stickers, invitations, credentials, digital menus, event backdrops.
