Is there a minimum contract?

No — all plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Does the ad spend come out of the monthly fee?

No — the ad spend is additional budget. In Starter the client provides it (max $100). Growth includes $200 and Pro includes $500. The monthly fee is what you pay us for strategy and execution.
Do the shoots include travel?

Included shoots are in Caracas. Growth includes 1 shoot/month and Pro up to 2 shoots/month. Travel is quoted separately.
Can I start at Starter and upgrade later?

Yes — 80% of our clients upgrade within 3 months once they see the returns. Upgrade/downgrade anytime.
Do you do branding / logos in the plan?

No — the design team handles only digital assets (posts, reels, covers, ads). For logos or branding, check our Branding brief.
What if I want only Instagram in the Growth tier?

Then take Starter. Growth's value is in multi-network + Ads + strategy meetings.
